Abstract
Sensory and hedonic perceptions are the result of complex integration processes that are not only rational but that are also based on sentiments, emotions and memories. In order to better understand consumer behavior, it has become essential to measure emotions in order to understand their fundamental role in decision-making. In the field of consumer science, emotions are generally measured using questionnaires. Unfortunately, this measurement remains subjective and limited because it is difficult for subjects to precisely express their emotions through words.
