Abstract
The Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) appears frequently associated to the Eating Disorders (AN), what involves a greater difficulty and worse prognosis in the treatment. One of the programs of treatment that has showed empirical efficiency is the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The aim of this work is to offer data of a case study of a patient diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa (AN) and TLP resistant to treatments, which applies a treatment of DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the AN.
