Abstract
Projeto de Graduação apresentado à Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Licenciada em Fisioterapia Objectivo: Compreender a eficácia do treino excêntrico no tratamento da tendinopatia patelar em atletas de alta competição. Metodologia: Pesquisa computorizada nas bases de dados Pubmed, PEDro, EBSCO e Science Direct para identificar estudos que avaliaram os efeitos do treino excêntrico no tratamento da tendinopatia patelar em atletas de competição.
