A Work Project, presented as part of the requirements for the Award of a Masters Degree in Management from the NOVA – School of Business and Economics Prego Gourmet is a fast food restaurant which sells refined versions of a traditional Portuguese dish inside shopping centers in the area of Lisbon. The company is at the beginning of its expansion strategy. This work project is a prospective analysis on what the company should do to in order to optimize its business model and grow in Portugal during 2013.
