Abstract

Findings of research implemented within the cluster “Psychosocial functioning of an individual and opportunities of its psychological development in organizational, educational and health care settings” during the year of 2012 are presented in the present paper. More specifically, the paper address the results of research implemented under the theme of “Psychological analysis of human resource management and investigation into psychological incentives of economical well-being”. Under the latter theme the following research was carried out: Subordinates’ approach of leadership effectiveness: the importance of personality traits, social perception characteristics and conditions of the evaluation; Workplace bullying: Significance of organizational, psychological factors and lifestyle as a moderator; The significance of psychological, social and academic environmental factors for doctoral students’ professional identity expression.
