Covid-19 hospitaliseerimise prognoosimine nakatunute andmetelt

Abstract

Bakalaureuse töös proovitakse leida lineaarse regresiooni ja Ridge regresiooni abil mudelit, mille abil saab ennustada covidiga hospitaliseeritute arvu 7 päeva varasemate nakatunute andmete pealt. Töö käigus kasutatakse mõlemat meetodit ning analüüsitakse nende eeliseid ja puuduseid. Kõige paremini seletas hospitaliseerituse muutumist üleüldine nakatumine ja vaktsineerimine ning samad näitajad eraldi 80 aastaste ja vanemate seas. Kõik töös kasutatud andmed on pärit Terviseameti avaandmete seast.
