Vähki haigestumise riski hindamine soo, vanuse ja aasta järgi

Abstract

Magistritöös uuriti vähki haigestumise riski patsiendi vanuse, diagnoosimise aasta ja võimalusel patsiendi soo järgi. Sissejuhatuseks toodi töös välja lühike ülevaade kasutatud vähiregistri ja Statistikaameti andmebaasi rahvaarvu andmetest, vähi olemusest ning analüüsis käsitletud vähipaikmetest: eesnääre ja emakakael. Mudelite loomisel kasutati Poissoni ja kvaasi-Poissoni regressiooni, andmetele leiti Clopper–Pearson’i usaldusintervallid ning mudeli kasvamis-, kahanemis- ja käänukohtade tuvastamiseks rakendati hii^2-testi ja t-testi. Graafikute abil uuriti standardiseeritud haigestumuskordaja muutumist. Uuriti 2017. aasta andmete alusel loodud mudelite prognoosivõimet.
