Mitme olekuga mudelid depressiooni ja kardiometaboolsete haiguste vaheliste seoste hindamiseks TÜ Eesti Geenivaramu andmete põhjal

Abstract

Magistritöö eesmärk on uurida, kas depressioon on riskiteguriks kardiometaboolsetele haigustele. Uuritakse ka depressiooni mõju surmale nii kardiometaboolse haiguse diagnoosiga kui ka diagnoosita indiviididel. Lisaks hinnatakse hüpertensiooni, hüperkolesteroleemia ja erinevat tüüpi antidepressantide kasutuse mõju kardiometaboolsetele haigustele. Töös rakendatakse elukestusanalüüsi meetodeid ning mitme olekuga mudeleid nagu konkureerivate riskide mudel ja haigus-surm mudel. Riske hinnatakse Coxi võrdeliste riskide mudeli abil. Analüüsides on ajaskaalaks vanus ning arvestatakse paremalt tsenseeritud ning vasakult tõkestatud andmetega.
