Laoliikumiste analüüs ja optimeerimine tootmisettevõttes

Abstract

Magistritöös analüüsitakse konkreetse tootmisettevõtte laos toimuvate liikumiste kestuseid üldistatud lineaarsete mudelite abil. Igale laosisesele asukohale antakse hinnang, kui palju kulub aega sellest väljastusalani jõudmiseks. Teiselt poolt analüüsitakse vaatlusperioodi jooksul käsitletud kaupade komplekteerimissagedusi. Kõige sagedamini komplekteeritavate kaupadega seotud liikumiste kirjeldamiseks viiakse läbi täiendav analüüs. Laoasukohad ja kaubad jaotatakse klassidesse ning viiakse vastavusse. Lõpptulemusena valmib rakendus, mille abil on võimalik leida igale kaubale parim ladustamispiirkond.
