Ravimisoostumuse ennustamine patsiendi isiku põhjal

Abstract

Retseptiravimite puhul on väga tähtsaks näitajaks ravimisoostumus, mis ütleb meile, kui hästi patsient ravi järgib, kuna ravim saavutab oma suurima efektiivsuse, kui seda korrapäraselt tarvitada. Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on uurida Eesti astmapatsientide ravimisoostumust ning välja selgitada, kas ravimisoostumuse prognoosimiseks tuleks võtta arvesse isikuomadusest tingitud juhuslikku mõju, kaasates patsiendi varasemale käitumisele lisaks veel isikule määratud indentifikaatori. Töö esimene osa annab ülevaate erinevatest astmaravimitest ning uurib erinevaid ravimisoostumuslikke näitajaid. Töö teine pool uurib soostumise arvutamiseks leitud mudeleid ning hindab, kas patsiendi indentifikaatorit kaasav mudel annab meile täiendavat infot ravimisoostumise kohta.
