COVID-19 läbimurdeinfektsioonid ja neid mõjutavad tegurid

Abstract

Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on leida tegurid, mis mõjutavad COVID-19 vastu vaktsineeritute nakatumist ning vaktsineeritud nakatunute haiglaravi vajamist. Töö teoreetilises osas antakse ülevaade Eestis kasutatavatest COVID-19 vastastest vaktsiinidest ja logistilise regressiooni mudelist. Töö praktilises osas kirjeldatakse haiguse levikut, haiglaravi vajamist ja vaktsineeritust Eesti elanike seas. Seejärel hinnatakse logistilise regressiooni mudelid nakatumise ja haiglaravi vajamise kirjeldamiseks.
