Abstract

Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, milliseid seoseid suudab aegreast ülesleida erilist tüüpi rekurrentne närvivõrk LSTM, et selle abil teha ennustusi tuleviku väärtuste kohta. Püstitatud eesmärgi uurimiseks vaadatakse kõigepealt LSTM mudeli võimekust leida seoseid genereeritud andmete peal. Genereeritud andmestikus on olemas kindlat tüüpi seosed, mida soovitakse mudeliga leida. Seosteks on sündmustest põhjustatud mõju mõõdetavale tunnusele, süstemaatiline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses, tsükliline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses. Kui mudel suudab leida genereeritud andmete pealt seosed ja ennustada tuleviku väärtusi, siis peaks suutma ka LSTM mudel seda teha päris andmestiku peal. Päris andmestikuks valitakse meditsiini andmestik, mis on pärit MIMIC-III andmestikust. Vaadatakse täpsemalt LSTM mudeli võimekust ennustada viite elulist näitajat, milleks on südamerütm, hingamissagedus, hapniku küllastus veres, diastoolne vererõhk ja süstoolne vererõhk.
