Abstract

Hidrolik santral için dinamik bir modelleme yapılmıştır. Çoğunlukla hidroliksantrallerin bulunduğu ve rezerv elektrik üretimi olarak hidrolik santrallerinkullanıldığı güç sistemimizde hidrolik santrallerin hız kontrol regülatörleriincelenmiştir. Hız regülatörlerinin geçici hız eğimi özellikleri ve gereksinimi ilehız regülatörü stabilitesi simüle edilerek geçici hız eğimi değer aralıklarınıntespiti yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, hız regülatörlerinin sıfırlama (reset) süresi ve servomotor kazanç sabitinin hız kontrolünü ne şekilde etkilediği simülasyonlar ileirdelenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Hidrolik santral, Dinamik Model, Geçici Hız Eğimi, HızRegülatörleri, Frekans Kontrol

Speed Control governors of hydraulic power plants, performing significant partof our power system and used also as reserve units, are investigated by means ofdynamic modelling of hydraulic power plant. Properties of and requirement oftemporary droop and ranges of temporary droop are carried out by simulatingstability of frequency control. Moreover, how reset time and servo motor gainconstant of governor affect speed control is searched by mode of simulations.Key Words : Hydraulic Power Plant, Dynamic Model, Temporary Droop,Transient Droop, Governor, Frequency Control
