Abstract

In this paper, we have considered the role of facilitators in the professional learning community [PLC] in terms of supporting the basic psychological need of practitioners – the need for autonomy, competence and relatedness.

В данной статье рассматривается роль фасилитаторов в профессиональном сообществе обучения [ПСО] с точки зрения поддержки основных психологических потребностей практиков: потребности в автономии, компетентности и связи.
