Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the impact of digitalization on the organizational and economic activities of an enterprise in the conditions of globalization. The essence of the concept of "globalization" and the distinctive qualities of the concept of "digitalization" from the concept of "digitalization system" are described. It is noted that globalization brings new opportunities for expanding the scale of production, information and technology exchange, etc. At the same time, the components of this phenomenon bring new challenges and threats that require the transformation of the entire management system from human resources to business processes. It is noted that at the present stage, in the conditions of globalization, a new economic structure is actively being formed - digital. The penetration of information technologies into economic processes takes place in all spheres of activity, therefore digitalization can be defined as a modern innovative stage of economic development. This stage is characterized by new methods of generating, processing, storing and transmitting information in all spheres of human activity. It determines new requirements for the formation of the structure of enterprises and business processes, which is a factor in ensuring the competitive advantages of enterprises and effective concepts of their functioning. The key features and advantages of enterprise management in the conditions of digitalization are determined. It is noted that it is necessary to introduce new functions of analysis, planning, organization, motivation and control of the enterprise. This is the new philosophy of transformation. Foresight forecasting and modeling make it possible to change the vector and build "from the future to the present." A methodology for comprehensive assessment of the impact of digitalization on the economic activity of an enterprise is proposed using an integral indicator that aggregates assessments in three groups: organizational (O), economic (E), and innovation (I). The integral digitization index (IDI) was chosen as a comprehensive indicator that quantitatively reflects the level of digital transformation of an enterprise in several areas. Its purpose is to give a generalized assessment of the digital development of an organization. The IDI is formed from sub-indexes or groups of indicators that correspond to the key areas of activity of the enterprise. It is noted that the traditional management system is not "outdated" - it simply has a different value. It is appropriate where it is necessary to ensure reliability, quality, control, and stability. In a turbulent digital environment, more flexibility, speed, and openness to change, which modern approaches provide, may be needed.

Анотація. Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу діджиталізації на організаційно-економічну діяльність підприємства в умовах глобалізації. Описано сутність поняття «глобалізація» та відмінні якості поняття «діджиталізація» від поняття «система діджиталізації». Зазначено, що глобалізація несе в собі нові можливості для розширення масштабів виробництва, обміну інформацією та технологіями, тощо. Разом з тим, складові цього явища несуть в собі нові виклики та загрози, які потребують трансформації всієї системи управління від кадрового потенціалу до бізнес-процесів. Зазначено, що на сучасному етапі в умовах глобалізації активно формується новий економічний устрій – цифровий. Проникнення інформаційних технологій в економічні процеси проходить в усіх сферах діяльності, тому діджиталізацію можна визначити як сучасний інноваційний етап економічного розвитку. Цей етап характеризується новими методами генерування, обробки, зберігання та передачі інформації в усіх сферах людської діяльності. Він обумовлює нові вимоги до формування структури підприємств та бізнес-процесів, що є фактором забезпечення конкурентних переваг підприємств та ефективних концепцій їх функціонування. Визначено ключові особливості та переваги управління підприємством в умовах діджиталізації. Зауважено, що потрібно запроваджувати нові функції аналізу, планування, організації, мотивації та контролю підприємства. У цьому полягає нова філософія трансформації. Форсайт-прогнозування та моделювання дає змогу змінити вектор і будувати «від майбутнього до теперішнього». Запропоновано методику комплексної оцінки впливу діджиталізації на економічну діяльність підприємства з використанням інтегрального показника, який агрегує оцінки за трьома групами: організаційною (О), економічною (Е), інноваційною (І). У якості комплексного показника, який кількісно відображає рівень цифрової трансформації підприємства за кількома напрямками вибрано інтегральний індекс діджиталізації (ІДІ). Його мета – дати узагальнену оцінку діджитал-розвитку організації. ІДІ формується з підіндексів або груп індикаторів, які відповідають ключовим сферам діяльності підприємства. Зазначено, що традиційна система управління не є "застарілою" – вона просто має іншу цінність. Вона доречна там, де потрібно забезпечити надійність, якість, контроль і стабільність. У турбулентному цифровому середовищі може знадобитися більше гнучкості, швидкості і відкритості до змін, яку надають сучасні підходи.
