UKRAINE’S CONTEMPORARY LOGISTICS MARKET IN WARTIME: COMMUNICATION, CHALLENGES, AND PROSPECTS

UKRAINE’S CONTEMPORARY LOGISTICS MARKET IN WARTIME: COMMUNICATION, CHALLENGES, AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

Abstract. The full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine has radically transformed the country’s logistics landscape. The war has led to the destruction of transportation infrastructure, the closure of seaports, the disruption of supply chains, and an overall increase in the cost of logistics operations. A particularly critical aspect of these disruptions is the breakdown of communication across the logistics chain among businesses, government authorities, customs services, international partners, and humanitarian actors. These challenges have necessitated urgent strategic adjustments and the implementation of adaptive, digitally supported communication solutions.
