
The subject of analysis in the article is the residential real estate market of the Voronezh region and its forecasting. The features of the real estate market are noted, as well as the stages of its analysis, the last of which is the forecasting of prices in the market. Also, the work presents trend forecasts of prices in the primary and secondary housing market of Voronezh. Among the presented trends, the best is the exponential model.
Объектом анализа в статье является рынок жилой недвижимости Воронежской области и его прогнозирование. Отмечаются особенности рынка недвижимости, а также этапы его анализа, последним из которых является прогнозирование цен на рынке. В работе также представлены трендовые прогнозы цен на первичном и вторичном рынках жилья г. Воронеже. Среди представленных трендов лучший является экспоненциальная модель.
