Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятие информации и права человека в области информации. Исследуется законодательство в области информации в России и Украине, вопросы обеспечения права граждан на достоверную информацию. Автор делает вывод о наличии существенных отличий российских и украинских законодательных актов, регулирующих область информации.
