Abstract

В статье раскрывается роль электронной технологизации образования в жизни современного российского общества, определяются факторы, обусловливающие развитие современных обучающих веб-технологий, раскрывается необходимость организационно-правового регулирования в интерактивной образовательной среде, анализируется нормативно-правовая база реализации электронного обучения, выявляются проблемные вопросы в этой сфере.
