Abstract

В статье анализируется эффективное использование земель населенных пунктов, соотношение публичных и частных интересов при использовании земель населенных пунктов. Предложена правовая методика анализа эффективного использования земель населенных пунктов. Анализ фактического использования таких земель в соответствии с установленными законными требованиями и правилами землепользования. Предлагаются возможные способы определения эффективного использования земель населенных пунктов.
