DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMS CONTROL OVER KEEPING OF THE TECHNICAL REGULATION MEASURES

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы таможенного контроля за соблюдением мер технического регулирования, связанные с неправомерными действиями органов по сертификации, испытательных лабораторий и участников внешнеэкономической деятельности при проведении испытаний и оформлении соответствующих протоколов. Предлагаются направления совершенствования таможенного контроля за соблюдением мер технического регулирования.

The article considers current problems of customs control over keeping of the technical regulation measures related to unlawful actions of certification bodies, testing laboratories and participants of foreign economic activities in testing and design of appropriate protocols. The article offers directions of improvement of customs control over keeping of the technical regulation measures.
