Abstract

Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να τεκμηριώσει την εποικοδομητική ένταξη των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορίας και Επικοινωνιών στη διδασκαλία και τη μάθηση της Ιστορίας. Τα ερωτήματα στα οποία προσπαθεί να δώσει απαντήσεις η εργασία αυτή είναι τα ακόλουθα: η ένταξη των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορίας και Επικοινωνιών στο μάθημα της Ιστορίας είναι απαραίτητη; σε ποιο βαθμό η χρήση τους ενδείκνυται; προσφέρει μαθησιακά οφέλη; και αν ναι, ποια είναι αυτά; ποιες είναι εκείνες οι τεχνολογίες, τις οποίες μπορεί να εντάξει στην εργαλειοθήκη του ο εκπαιδευτικός; ποιες παιδαγωγικές λειτουργίες επιτελεί η ένταξή τους στην ιστορική εκπαίδευση των μαθητών; ποιες είναι οι αρχές στις οποίες πρέπει να υπακούει κάθε απόπειρα ένταξής τους;

The aim of this study is to support the constructive integration of Information and Communication Technologies for history teaching and learning. The questions that tries to answer this study are: Is the integration of Information and Communication Technologies inHistory necessary? At what extend their use is appropriate? Offers their use learning benefits?And if so, which ones? What are those technologies that teacher can incorporate into her/his toolbox? What pedagogical functions perform their incorporation into students' historical education? What are the principles that should obey any attempt to their integration?
