Izolacija protoplasta iz pupova Picea abies

Abstract

O izolaciji protoplasta četinjača nije objavljeno mnogo radova. U predstavljenom eksperimentu postupak izolacije protoplasts iz pupova vrste Picea abies uključivao je sakupljanje, površinsku sterilizaciju i izolaciju dostatnog broja pupova da bi se imalo dovoljno svježe tvari za enzimski tretman. Postupak izolacije protoplasta ponavljan je četiri puta. Prva i četvrta izolacija rezultirale su akseničnom kulturom protoplasta koji su se dijelili i održali u životu više od šest tjedana.
