25. Stigmella thuringiaca (Petry, 1904) (Figs 88–90) Host-plants. Unknown in the Crimea; in other regions Agrimonia, Filipendula, Fragaria, Potentilla, and Sanguisorba. Type of distribution (chorological group). The species occurs in Europe (except northern regions); it was treated as belonging to the Euro-Submediterranean species group, but recently it has been discovered in East Asia too (Stonis & Rocienė, in prep.). Rosa canina L. in the Crimea; in other regions also R. pimpinellifolia L. and Sanguisorba minor Scop. Type of distribution (chorological group). West-Palaearctic; the species occurs from Spain, Italy and Germany to Greece and Central Asia (Kazakhstan: Tyan Shan’ Mts). Material examined.
