Abstract

Идиопатическая нецирротическая портальная гипертензия представляет собой плохо диагностируемое заболевание неясной этиологии. Заболевание прогрессирует медленно, является доброкачественным, прогноз более оптимистичный, чем при лечении осложнений портальной гипертензии. Данное заболевание фиксируют в различных странах мира и в разнообразных этнических группах с различными факторами риска, чем обусловлены существование разнообразной терминологии и отсутствие стандартизированных критериев диагностики, хотя для постановки диагноза «идиопатическая нецирротическая портальная гипертензия» требуется клинически и гистологически исключить другую патологию.
