Abstract

В статье исследуются вопросы сохранения и развития интеллектуального потенциала (ИП) российских высокотехнологических компаний, выступающего одним из факторов обеспечения их экономической безопасности (ЭБ). Целью статьи является установление зависимости экономической безопасности высокотехнологических компаний от уровня их интеллектуального потенциала. На основе тщательного анализа существующих подходов к дефиниции .интеллектуальный потенциал. дано авторское определение данного понятия, учитывающее его роль в обеспечении экономической безопасности. На примере российских компаний высокотехнологического сектора прослежена зависимость между уровнем ИП и производительностью труда, которая является одним из главных критериев конкурентоспособности и экономической безопасности. Показано, что высокий ИП российских технологических лидеров позволяет им добиться высоких показателей производительности труда, а соответственно, более высокого уровня экономической безопасности по сравнению с конкурентами. Отмечен ряд существующих и новых вызовов и угроз для ИП высокотехнологических компаний. Обоснована необходимость сохранения и развития ИП в целях повышения конкурентоспособности и обеспечения ЭБ. Сделан вывод о том, что защита и планомерное развитие ИП является залогом обеспечения экономической безопасности высокотехнологических компаний в будущем. The article examines the issues of preserving and developing the intellectual potential (IP) of Russian high-tech companies, which is one of the factors for ensuring their economic security (EB). The purpose of the article is to establish the dependence of the economic security of high-tech companies on the level of their intellectual potential. Based on a thorough analysis of existing approaches to the definition of "intellectual potential", the author's definition of this concept is given, taking into account its role in ensuring economic security. Using the example of Russian companies in the high-tech sector, the relationship between the IP level and labor productivity, which is one of the main criteria for competitiveness and economic security, is traced. It is shown that the high IP of Russian technological leaders allows them to achieve high labor productivity indicators, and, accordingly, a higher level of economic security compared to competitors. A number of existing and new challenges and threats for individual entrepreneurs of high-tech companies are noted. The necessity of preserving and developing IP in order to increase competitiveness and ensure electronic security has been substantiated. It is concluded that the protection and systematic development of IP is the key to ensuring the economic security of high-tech companies in the future.
