E-kormányzati siker – szakirodalmi áttekintés kvantitatív szövegelemzés alapján

Abstract

A szerzők cikkukben az e-kormanyzati siker es ertekteremtes nemzetkozi szakirodalmanak kvantitativ szovegelemzesi technikakon alapulo attekinteset mutatjak be. Bar az e-kormanyzati projektek sikere termeszetszerűleg aktualis es erdeklődesre szamot tarto tema mind elmeleti, mind gyakorlati szempontbol, annak magyar nyelvű szakirodalma minimalis, a szovegalapu kapcsolathalo-elemzes modszerenek alkalmazasa az irodalmi attekintes rendszerezese celjabol pedig pelda nelkuli. Kutatasuk soran azonositottak a vilagszinten legfontosabb hat e-kormanyzati tudomanyos folyoiratot, amelynek osszes evfolyamat feldolgoztak, het kulcsszo menten gyűjtve ossze a temahoz kapcsolodo cikkeket. Igy osszesen 1705 cikket azonositottak, amelyek absztraktjait objektiv szovegelemzesi modszerekkel elemeztek trendek azonositasa, a szakirodalom rendszerezese, csoportositasa, illetve mindezek vizualizacioja celjabol. Eredmenyeik alapjan kirajzolodtak a szakterulet legfontosabb elmeleti modelljei (DeLone – McLean sikermodell, TAM, Public Value), fokuszai (internetalapu technologiak, e-kormanyzati szolgaltatasok, helyi kormanyzati kezdemenyezesek) es a vizsgalt folyoiratok szakteruleti profilja egyarant.
