Об обеспечении безопасности гидротехнических сооружений прудов и городских прибрежных территорий Московского мегаполиса

Abstract

Приведены результаты анализа натурных исследований по оценке технического состояния водных объектов Мо­сквы и методов определения зоны затопления за каскадом прудов в мегаполисе. На основе выполненных исследований сделан расчёт параметров волны прорыва и величины вероятного ущерба в результате аварии гидротехнических сооружений при прорыве напорного фронта ряда столичных прудов различными методами. Проведён анализ полученных результатов расчёта. Показана перспективность перехода к эмпирическим зависимостям для оценки динамики развития аварии с учётом месторасположения плотины в каскаде и отсутствия подпора в нижнем бьефе от нижерасположенной плотины. Даны рекомендации по разработке системы мер по обеспечению безопасности гидротехнических сооружений, разрушение которых может привести к катастрофи­ческим последствиям для города.
