Abstract

Досягнення цільових значень глікемічного профілю — основна мета терапії цукрового діабету (ЦД) 2-го типу. Раннє призначення інсуліну дозволяє не тільки швидко й ефективно знизити показники глікемії й компенсувати вуглеводний обмін, а й зменшити ризик розвитку серцево-судинних ускладнень. Раннє й обґрунтоване використання інсуліну, своєчасна титрація його дози — визначальні фактори досягнення цільових рівнів глікемії у хворих на ЦД 2-го типу, що відкривають широкі можливості досягнення основних цілей лікування ЦД — підтримання довгострокового метаболічного контролю і запобігання судинним ускладненням або відстрочення їх розвитку.
