MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN A NON-LINEAR MULTIVARIABLE COUPLED TWO TANKS SYSTEM

Abstract

La pratique de la simulation de système basée sur la modélisation mathématique se développe chaque jour, que ce soit pour des processus simples avec peu de variables ou complexes avec de multiples variables, aidant à comprendre les résultats lorsqu'ils sont appliqués à des systèmes authentiques. Les systèmes multivariables non linéaires sont réguliers à l'échelle industrielle, en particulier dans les secteurs chimique, pétrochimique et alimentaire, et sont souvent enseignés dans des cours d'enseignement supérieur en théorie sans application pratique, souvent sans parvenir à une compréhension adéquate. Ce projet vise à présenter une simulation de système et sa validation appliquée dans des modèles non linéaires multivariables pour un système de réservoir couplé, démontrant expérimentalement ses résultats améliorant l'apprentissage.

La práctica de la simulación de sistemas basada en modelos matemáticos está creciendo cada día, ya sea para procesos simples con pocas variables o complejos con múltiples variables, lo que ayuda a comprender los resultados cuando se aplica a sistemas auténticos. Los sistemas multivariables no lineales son regulares a escala industrial, especialmente en los sectores químico, petroquímico y alimentario, y a menudo se imparten en cursos de educación superior en teoría sin aplicación práctica, a menudo sin lograr una comprensión adecuada. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo presentar una simulación de sistemas y su validación aplicada en modelos no lineales multivariables para un sistema de tanques acoplados, demostrando experimentalmente sus resultados mejorando el aprendizaje.

The practice of system simulation based on mathematical modeling is growing every day, whether for simple processes with few variables to complex ones with multiple variables, helping to understand the results when applied to authentic systems.Nonlinear multivariable systems are regular on an industrial scale, especially in the chemical, petrochemical, and food sectors, and are often taught in higher education courses in theoretical without practical application, often not achieving adequate understanding.This project aims to present a system simulation and its validation applied in multivariable nonlinear models for a coupled tank system, experimentally demonstrating its results improving learning.

تتزايد ممارسة محاكاة النظام القائمة على النمذجة الرياضية كل يوم، سواء بالنسبة للعمليات البسيطة ذات المتغيرات القليلة إلى العمليات المعقدة ذات المتغيرات المتعددة، مما يساعد على فهم النتائج عند تطبيقها على الأنظمة الأصلية. الأنظمة متعددة المتغيرات غير الخطية منتظمة على نطاق صناعي، خاصة في القطاعات الكيميائية والبتروكيماوية والغذائية، وغالبًا ما يتم تدريسها في دورات التعليم العالي نظريًا دون تطبيق عملي، وغالبًا ما لا تحقق فهمًا كافيًا. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تقديم محاكاة النظام والتحقق من صحتها في نماذج غير خطية متعددة المتغيرات لنظام الخزان المقترن، مما يدل تجريبيًا على نتائجها في تحسين التعلم.
