
Today, education and qualifications are not enough to determine the recruitment of workers for many businesses and employers. Soft skills are a major differentiating factor for employability and professional success today. This is true for almost all fields, regardless of the sector. The businesses are also demanding in terms of skills for employees. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to cultivate soft skills for students in the university. To ensure students are fully equipped with soft skills, HUFI has also implemented the teaching of essential and appropriate soft skills for students.
