Проектирование внутреннего утепления ограждающих конструкций при приспособлении исторических зданий с учетом долговечности

Abstract

В процессе проектирования работ по реконструкции, приспособлению и реновации первостепенное значение уделяется обеспечению долговечности конструкций. В результате протекания процессов деструкции изменяетсяструктура материала наружных стен исторических зданий, снижается сопротивление теплопередаче. При соблюдении требований к сохранности фасадов зданий применяются ограждения с теплоизоляционным проницаемым слоем со стороны помещения (внутреннее утепление). В статье приводится методика оценки циклической нагрузки с учётом параметра температурной нагрузки на материал, который позволяет связать климатические характеристики наружного воздуха – изменение температуры в связи с изменением климата и изменение количества циклов перехода температуры через ноль с характеристиками ограждающей конструкции:толщиной, теплофизическими и физико-химическими параметрами материала конструкции. Данная методика включена в СП 345.1325800.2017.
