Abstract

Diese Arbeit untersucht die Zusammenhänge von Öl- und Partikelemissionen an einem Ottomotor mit Direkteinspritzung und Turboaufladung. Dabei werden die Entstehungsmechanismen der Partikelemission bezüglich mechanischer Einflüsse aus der Kolbengruppe und auch der Gemischbildungsparameter wie Kraftstoff und Einspritzung analysiert, um die Ursachen der Partikelemission zu identifizieren und daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen an Motoren ableiten zu können. Der methodische Ansatz beinhaltet eine Versuchsführung mit stationären und dynamischen Messungen, insbesondere auch Ausschnitte aus Realfahrzyklen zur Abbildung zukünftiger Emissionsanforderungen an den Verbrennungsmotor. Für die zeitlich aufgelöste Messung zur Analyse der Dynamikvorgänge wird eine Kombination aus einem Kondensationspartikelzähler und einem Elektrometer zur Bestimmung der Partikelgrößenverteilung sowie einem Time-of-Flight-Massenspektrometer zur Messung der schwerflüchtigen Kohlenwasserstoffe aus dem Öl eingesetzt. Die zusätzliche Information der Massenzusammensetzung im Rohabgas wird für verschiedene Kurbelgehäuse- und Saugrohrdrücke bei Schub-Last-Wechseln und Einspritzvariationen im stationären Motorbetrieb genutzt und detailliert analysiert. Hierfür wird eine Auswertemethodik entwickelt, um Einflüsse des Motoröls und der Gemischbildung auf die Partikelemission zu bewerten.
