Особенности проектирования высокоточных производств в условиях сложившейся городской застройки

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основополагающие принципы проектирования и критерии размещения высокоточных производств, предназначенных для выпуска микроэлектронных компонентов и исследования структур микронного и субмикронного уровней. Основное внимание в статье уделено защите от вибрации естественного и техногенного происхождения, присутствующей практически в любом месте строительства. Основная цель минимизации вибраций – не допускать возникновения колебаний, способных искажать измерительные данные и нарушать работу высокоточного оборудования, такого как электронные микроскопы, литографические установки и системы нанометрового контроля. При размещении высокоточного оборудования последнего поколения устанавливают предельно допустимые уровни виброскорости от 3 мкм/с до 0,5 мкм/с или меньше в зависимости от его точности и целей исследований. Вибрации, передаваемые через конструкции здания, должны быть минимизированы путём применения изолированных фундаментов, использования виброизолирующих материалов и систем активной виброизоляции.
