Перекисное окисление липидов и белков у детей и подростков, больных туберкулезом легких

Abstract

Проведен обзор литературы на предмет изучения процессов перекисного окисления липидов и белков у детей и подростков, больных туберкулезом легких, на современном этапе. Установлено, что на сегодняшний день имеется достаточное количество исследований перекисного окисления липидов и системы антиоксидантной защиты при различных патологических состояниях органов дыхания, в том числе и при туберкулезе легких у детей и подростков. Продукты окислительной модификации белков являются самыми ранними маркерами окислительного стресса у больных. В литературных источниках отсутствует информация об изучении состояния окислительной модификации белков у детей и подростков, больных туберкулезом легких. Изучение окислительной модификации белков будет способствовать разработке более рациональных новых методов диагностики и патогенетического лечения детей и подростков, больных туберкулезом легких, что повысит эффективность лечения.
