The article considers some psychological conditions of the teacher-linguist’s professional personality development at the stage of choosing career, at the stage of mastering profession and at the stage of realization oneself in profession. The author has also noted that a high level of creativity might contribute to the teacher-linguist’s professional personality development and to the teacher-linguist’s professionalism.
