Abstract

В исследовании система управления конфликтами рассматривается на примере организации ООО «RBR1». Цель исследования – выявить способы повышения эффективности управления конфликтами. Общая методология исследования базируется на важнейших философских положениях системного (В.А. Сластенин, Э.Г. Юдин) и бехивеористского подходах (Э. Торндайк, Д. Уотсон, Д. Скиннер). Для реализации поставленных задач нами были использованы следующие методы исследования: 1) теоретические: анализ, синтез, индукция, дедукция, логический метод, сравнение специальной философской, социологической, психологической литературы по проблеме исследования; 2) эмпирические: наблюдение, анкетирование, количественный и качественный анализ материала, SWOT-анализ. В рамках работы также были изучены нормативно-правовая документация, был произведен анализ документов и статистических данных, обобщены данные монографических, публицистических, иных научных источников и материалов периодической печати, применены данные, доступные в свободном доступе в сети Интернет и содержащие необходимую информацию по исследуемой проблематике.
