THE VALUE OFINDIVIDUAL ANATOMICAL VARIABILITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CLINICAL ANATOMY

Abstract

Individual anatomical variability is a major medical problem, which studies the morphological features of the shapes of the human body, its tissues, organs and systems in order to improve diagnostics of disease and individualization of surgery. Individual anatomical variability reflects the existing range of differences in the structure of the human body, its proportions, shapes and size of organs and systems, which enables to establish a set of morphological signs among people.
