Abstract

У статті встановлено особливості показників кальцію, фосфору, паратгормону та вітаміну D у хворих на дифузний токсичний зоб після тиреоїдектомії. Встановлено, що вік хворих, більший об’єм щитоподібної залози, більш низький рівень 25(ОН)D до операції, зниження рівня паратгормону після операції належать до основних параметрів, які впливають на розвиток гіпокальціємії у хворих на дифузний токсичний зоб після тиреоїдектомії. Рівень 25(ОН)D нижче від 20 нг/мл слід розглядати як специфічний і чутливий доопераційний предиктор розвитку гіпокальціємії після тиреоїдектомії, а також стійкого гіпопаратиреозу. Предикторами розвитку зазначених станів можна вважати рівень паратгормону після операції нижче від 10 пг/мл.
