Abstract

Cette ��tude visait �� ��valuer le potentiel biopesticide de l'extrait de diff��rentes parties du neem notamment les graines, feuilles et ��corces extraits �� l'eau ti��de pendant 24 heures contre Spodoptera frugiperda. Deux types d���essai ont ��t�� r��alis��s : tests au laboratoire utilisant les ��ufs et deux stades larvaires (L2 et L4) et les tests au champ utilisant seulement les larves du stade L2. Les r��sultats du test au laboratoire ont montr�� que l���extrait issu de toutes les parties de neem a une concentration de 10% et 20% est efficace sur les ��ufs (80,53 �� 100 % de mortalit��) suivi des larves du stade L2 (80-100% de mortalit��) et des larves du stade L4 qui ont montr�� une certaine r��sistance (40-100% de mortalit��). Les exp��riences r��alis��es au champ utilisant une concentration de 10 et 20% d'extrait de graine, feuilles et ��corce du neem ont permis de contr��ler efficacement la CLA (68,3-82,5% de mortalit��) par rapport au t��moin (6,6% de mortalit��). L'extrait de feuilles de neem avec une concentration de 10% tr��s disponible et facile �� pr��parer (par rapport aux graines et ��corces) peut potentiellement ��tre utilis�� comme un biopesticide susceptible de combattre la CLA en induisant des taux de mortalit�� sup��rieur �� 50% au champ.
