Dietary strategies and body composition in elite weightlifting: systematic review

Abstract
RESUMEN Introducción: Existe poca literatura que muestre las bases nutricionales para optimizar el rendimiento en halterofilia. El objetivo fue realizar una revisión sistemática de la composición corporal y composición nutricional de las dietas en halterófilos de élite. Material y Métodos: Se revisaron artículos originales publicados en las bases de datos Pubmed, Web of Science y Sport Discuss, siguiendo los principios de la declaración PRISMA. La selección de estudios fue duplicada por dos investigadores en dos etapas (cribado y aplicación de criterios de elegibilidad).
