Abstract
Telomerase reverse transcriptase, Arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase and hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha are the aging related proteins which are responsible for ageing of Daniorerio, Esox Lucius and Oryziasmelastigma respectively. The amino acid sequences of these proteins were obtained from NCBI protein data bank. The physiochemical properties of these three proteins were analyzed using ExPASy’sprotparam tool, SOPMA and GOR4. The three dimensional structure of these three proteins have not been determined till date.
