Abstract
The unprecedented scientific and technical advancements along with the ever-growing needs of humanity resulted in a revolution in the field of communication. Hence, single carrier waves are being replaced by multi-carrier systems like Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing (GFDM) which are nowadays commonly implemented. In the OFDM system, orthogonally placed subcarriers are used to carry the data from the transmitter to the receiver end.
