Rare species of fungi parasitizing on algae. IV.

Abstract
<jats:p>The investigations csrried out on algae revealed the following species of fungi from the order of &lt;i&gt;Chytridialis&lt;/i&gt; Hawksworth et al. (1995) parasitizing on algae: &lt;i&gt;Rhizophydium&lt;/i&gt; subgulosum, R. ganlosporum, R. planctonicum, Entophlyctis rhizina&lt;/i&gt; and &lt;i&gt; Harpochytrium hedinii&lt;/i&gt;. These species arc new to Poland. The figure of resting spore of &lt;i&gt;Entophlyctis rhizina&lt;/i&gt; is the fint graphic documentation of this species.</jats:p>
