<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p><jats:bold>Background and aims.</jats:bold> Endogenous Cushing’s syndrome is a rare disease associated with severe morbidity and increased mortality if untreated. Diabetes mellitus is a frequent initial complaint of these patients.
