The analysis of initial cranial CT of early hematoma enlargement in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive effect of initial cranial CT on early hematoma enlargement in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Three hundred patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage within 6 hours after onset were studied. Chi⁃square test and logistic regression analysis were used to detect the related factors which may indicate hematoma enlargement. Results Sixty⁃ one (20.33% ) patients presented hematoma enlargement on cranial CT.
