Abstract

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><p>Este trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de diseñar una metodología que permita a las empresas medir y elevar la calidad en sus productos y/o servicios, aplicando el modelo de gestión de la calidad según ISO 9001:2008, integrado a requisitos vinculados con la formación del Capital Humano. Su aplicación garantiza a las organizaciones mayor confianza en la capacidad de sus productos y un marco para la mejora continua a partir de una mayor formación de los clientes internos. Al evaluar sus resultados en la práctica, las autoras comprobaron la correlación existente entre la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos y un aumento de la productividad de la organización.</p></span>
