El objetivo del trabajo es describir las principales modificaciones de la legislación penal en la interpretación de la figura de tenencia de drogas para consumo personal y establecer articulaciones entre las mismas y la accesibilidad de drogadependientes a los servicios de salud. Para ello, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica y documental. Una determinada política, produce operaciones que se entretejen en las particularidades que adquiere la vida cotidiana de las personas (Stolkiner, 1994). Por ello, la orientación que adquiere la legislación en la materia, configura un determinante fundamental en la trayectoria de un sujeto por el Sistema de salud. Se plantea que el tema central sobre el cual avanzar se relaciona con el problema de la accesibilidad a los servicios de salud y una decena de derechos que suelen ser vulnerados a las personas con problemas de drogadependencia.The aim of the work is to describe the principal modifications of the penal legislation in the interpretation of the figure of possession of drugs for personal consumption and to establish joints between the same ones and the accessibility of persons with drug dependence to the health services. For it, is realized a bibliographical and documentary review. A certain policy, it produces operations that are interwoven in the particularities that there acquires the daily life of the persons (Stolkiner, 1994). For it, the orientation that acquires the legislation in the matter forms a fundamental determinant in the path of a subject for System of health. The central problem is the accessibility to the health services and a dozen of rights that are in the habit of being damaged to the persons with problems of dependence of drug.
