ФІСКАЛЬНА ДЕЦЕНТРАЛІЗАЦІЯ В КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ОБ’ЄДНАНИХ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАД В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Розглянуто фінансові та організаційні можливості, які надано об’єднаним територіальним громадам (ОТГ) в Україні в ході реалізації реформи фіскальної децентралізації. Проведено їхню систематизацію за основними напрямами Побудовано структурно-логічну схему впливу фіскальної децентралізації на розвиток ОТГ та регіонів. За результатами аналізу надано позитивну оцінку стартовому відрізку реформи в контексті розвитку об’єднаних громад.
