Formação e identidade profissional docente

Abstract

Este estudo investigou as mudanças na Identidade Profissional de estudantes em Formação Inicial no curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas durante a participação no Programa de Residência Pedagógica. O objetivo foi investigar como estudantes em Formação Inicial que participam de um Programa de Residência Pedagógica descrevem o desenvolvimento de sua Identidade Profissional docente em um curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas. Participaram do estudo 20 estudantes envolvidos no Programa de Residência Pedagógica. Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se as dimensões da Identidade Profissional proposta por Lamote e Engels. Os dados quantitativos foram coletados por meio de um formulário online. Os resultados indicam que os participantes vivenciaram uma construção contínua da identidade profissional docente, durante a participação no Programa de Residência Pedagógica.
